I stepped away from the tech industry a while back. I'm still figuring out what my next chapter will look like, and I plan on documenting part of that journey here.

My view of the industry has shifted over time. Tech has done real harm alongside real utility — surveillance, inequality, and extractive business models among them — and I don't think we should look away from that. I believe workers should unionize (including in tech), and that executive pay should be brought more in line with what workers earn. Not only because it's fairer and reduces concentrated power, but because it tends to make better businesses.
